Warming up Kimi's style

All these photos were taken earlier this month when we visited Botanical Park (again...for 100th times..he..yes, I'm exageratting). The weather was almost 40 degrees and Kimi had so much fun playing on the field. But before that, let's learn Kimi's way of warming up before he kicked the ball.

1. Starting with head first..rotate your neck slowly for 360 degrees clockwise first, then anti-clockwise..


2. Stretch your legs out. Then, move your body to the left using your waist


3. Then, move to the right (you can eat a snack while doing this..kimi said)


3. Then, lower your bottom a bit and maintain in that position for 30 seconds.

4. Finally, strecth your leg like this ok.


Now, it's time to play football with daddy and mummy..yeah..







Kimi said he had to win so he took the ball away. The end.
